By our house (or old house now) we always had to drive past Jake's Pumpkin Patch. Braden always made sure to point it out to me, "punkins mommy! look it!" One day he kept asking to go to the see the pumpkins and I told him when Daddy got home from work we could have a family home evening and go see the pumpkins. When JP came home Braden didn't waste anytime getting his coat and shoes and telling JP it was time to see the pumpkins. We all needed a break from boxing anyway.
JP,'s mom (Braden's Jamma) got to come with us. Braden loved going through the mini-maze and picking out his pumpkin. Even more fun was throwing the pumpkins (we bought the one he was throwing because we felt bad about letting someone else buy our son's bruised pumpkin)
